Inventario de Burnout de Oldenburg con la Policía Militar de las UPP en Río de Janeiro: Propiedades Psicométricas

El burnout es un fenómeno relativamente común en el contexto laboral. Es un síndrome laboral caracterizado por agotamiento emocional, desconexión del trabajo y reducción de la eficacia profesional. El estrés laboral es una preocupación importante entre los agentes de la policía militar, con altas tasas de síntomas físicos y psicológicos y síndrome de agotamiento. El presente estudio examinó las propiedades psicométricas del Oldenburg Burnout Inventory. Participaron de esta investigación 224 policías militares, de ambos sexos, adscritos a las Unidades de la Policía Pacificadora del Estado de Río de Janeiro. Los resultados del Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio revelaron un muy buen ajuste de los modelos jerárquicos, un factor de segundo orden y dos factores de primer orden, y el modelo oblicuo, dos factores correlacionados, a los datos empíricos. Los factores Agotamiento y Desconexión del Trabajo mostraron fuertes niveles de consistencia interna. Por lo tanto, se obtuvo evidencia de validez y confiabilidad de la medida. Se espera que el instrumento pueda ser útil para evaluar y apoyar intervenciones para reducir el sufrimiento y promover la salud mental de estos trabajadores de seguridad pública
